Tikehau Capital, a French asset management and investment group, is investing €65M in the Oodrive group, along with MI3 and NextStage, to support the publisher in its growth strategy: “We are delighted to support the development of Oodrive, which has always been at the forefront of innovation and has shown remarkable agility in anticipating and addressing market needs. Alongside Tickehau Capital and MI3, NextStage has chosen to support Oodrive in its strategic choices both in terms of external growth and development abroad. Funds raised from the 3 French investors in March 2017 reached €65M.

NextStage is an investment company specialising in medium-sized companies providing access to a group of unlisted and relatively inaccessible assets that offer growth and performance.

Oodrive raised €65M in March 2017 from MI3 (alongside Tickehau Capital and NextStage) in order to pursue its growth strategy.

MI3 S.A., an investment holding company, is internationally active in a wide range of business sectors, investing in groups (listed and unlisted) that show significant growth potential and have competitive advantages that enable them to differentiate themselves and operate in dynamic markets.

Created in 2005, TECH IN France is a 1901 law professional association that aims to bring together and represent software, internet services and platform publishers in France.

A spokesperson for the digital industry, TECH IN France has 400 member companies from start-ups to multinationals, including SMEs and major French groups, representing €8 billion and 90,000 jobs. TECH IN France’s mission is to lead a permanent reflection on the evolution of the digital industry and to promote the attractiveness of the sector.

This is the French branch of the European organisation EuroCloud, the leading network of Cloud players in Europe with 1500 member companies in 31 countries (publishers, hosting providers, telecoms, VARs, IT services companies, etc.).

Created in 2001, the goal of EuroCloud France is to promote the development of Cloud computing in France by players and uses. The FNTC, which brings together about a hundred players in the digital world, is a federation of professional digital service providers and/or users, including very old institutions, companies of various sizes, start-ups and experts (lawyers, consultants, etc.).

Created in 2001 in France by a group of institutional players and service providers to structure emerging digital exchanges, it now aims to extend its activities at the international level with players who wish to develop confidence in digital technology, whether in Europe, French-speaking countries or elsewhere.

ClubPSCo members are trusted service providers and certified or qualified certification or time stamping authorities. They seek to see the rules develop in a way that combines respect for a high level of security and consideration of potential implementation difficulties. In working groups, members develop deliverables, some of which are public.

The association works to make security tools and services reliable and more easily usable to promote their deployment. Each year, ClubPSCo chooses themes to work on based on member needs.

The purpose of the French Association of Personal Data Protection Correspondents is to promote and develop reflection on the status and roles of Personal Data Protection Correspondent in consultation with companies and public authorities.

In addition to data protection professionals and Data Protection Officers appointed by their organisations for CNIL (and Data Protection Officers appointed for Luxembourg’s CNDP), AFCDP brings together anyone interested in personal data protection.

The goal of the French Information Security Club is to promote information security, a factor in the long-term success of companies and public authorities. CLUSIF wishes to raise awareness among all stakeholders by adding a cross-cutting element into its task forces: risk management, law, economic intelligence….

The members of this club are administrations, public bodies, associations, auditing and consulting companies, law firms, distribution companies, software publishers, IT services companies, etc.

Launched in 1998, the Association Française de la Relation Client works at the heart of the Customer & Employee Experience, which is a powerful catalyst for economic performance. It now has 3500 members and brings together about 300 companies with a real platform for creating, sharing and experimenting with anything related to the customer experience. One of the main issues addressed by the AFRC is how to instil a service culture at all levels of an organisation while intelligently combining people and technology.

French Tech is the French start-up movement. This unique ecosystem brings together start-ups as well as investors, decision-makers and community builders. The mission is to make France one of the most attractive countries in the world for start-ups that want to get going, conquer international markets and build a future that makes sense.

Its philosophy is to build on the initiatives of French Tech members themselves, highlight what already exists, and create a snowball effect. This initiative also has a cross-cutting objective: to increase the visibility and coherence of public actions promoting start-ups.
